TIPPING POLICY

 

At all of Masons venues, Brentwood, Chelmsford and Great Yeldham all tips are shared between the staff.
40% goes to the kitchen staff and 60% goes to the Bar & Restaurant personel.
 
Masons Restaurant believes in rewarding their staff for their hard work and the 'Tipping Policy' reflects this belief.
